Tamara Sanders Ingram is a self-taught abstract artist. From a young age, she developed a deep love for creative expression. As a former dancer and musician, she began to crave a new creative outlet. What started as a personal quest for peace and identity resulted in a journey that allowed others to experience the hope and wonder she found in painting along the way. Using mostly watercolor and ink, her paintings much like her first loves, dance and music, are full of motion, feeling and expression. While Tamara’s work is ever evolving, she is deeply inspired by nature, and her role as a stay at home mother plays a very big part in her works. She learns daily lessons from her 2 year old son in creating with abandon and endless curiosity. Tamara loves the inspiration provided where she lives in Panama City Beach, Florida with her husband, Chris and son, Asher (2).
